WIBC2018 ft. Sharon Campbell Rayment

Who is Sharon?

Sharon Campbell Rayment is an Award Winning International Speaker who turn Chaos into Focus and Results.

Could you imagine…

You’re doing something you’ve done almost every day of your adult life and you have an unexpected fall.

We’ve all had that happen. This time, though … you don’t wake up right away.

And then, a few days later, you wake up in the morning and you can’t speak!

Then, when your speech DOES return (a week later or so), you have a heavy accent from a part of the world you’ve never even been to! (Lucky you—you’re now one of only 60 people in the world diagnosed with “Foreign Accent Syndrome.”)

Then, you suffer a mini-stroke and an acquired brain injury, leaving you with only ONE TENTH of your previous information-processing ability, a fear of crowds (of any size), and super-sensitivity to light and sound.

Now throw in feelings of apprehension and dread, an inability to concentrate, restlessness, a pounding heart, shortness of breath, muscle tension, bad headaches, fatigue, and insomnia…

If you can picture all of this, then you can now imagine the world Sharon awoke to after a freak horseback-riding accident only a few short years ago.

Yet Sharon was determined to prove that every adversity brings with it the seed of an equivalent advantage (as Napoleon Hill put it, in his classic “Think and Grow Rich”), She fought back with a determination and passion that leaves those who hear her story hopeful about the challenges in their own lives.

Today, Sharon stands in front of audiences, which once would have terrified her, and shares from her heart the grief she felt over losing her former self and the lessons learned as she emerged from the darkness and embraced the person she had become—Scottish accent and all.

Speaking to corporations, teams and groups, her goal is to inspire your audience and teach them strategies to de-stress quickly and cope better NOW. Sharon once referred to my accident as “the great fall,” but today I am “grate-full” for all the life lessons learned because of it.

Sharon’s determination and unbreakable spirit—which helped her shine brightly through the dark times and experience happier and peaceful moments are what she uses today to help people and teams turn their Chaos into Focus and Results. She accomplishes this by a process Sharon calls “Falling into the Rhythm of Life – Life Lessons Straight from the Horse’s Mouth“.

After her accident Sharon’s life changed dramatically…

and one day she had an experience with her horse, Malachi – the horse she had the accident with – and it was at this very moment she knew she could take the lessons she had learned from her accident and from her horses to share her message.

Malachi and his herd have given Sharon the incredible gift of staying present and grounded to enable her to return to her greatest love – that of public speaking and sharing the story of her healing journey and the authentic healing presence of the horse.

This is why she shares with her audiences the wisdom she have garnered from a unique set of Master Teachers – her horses – as she shares Life Lessons Straight from the Horse’s Mouth. Sharon helps them refocus, reenergize and reignite people to their work, families and their lives.

For the audience members this means living a more rewarding and fulfilling life. For the companies they work for, this means they not only have people who are happier to come to work, but also people who are more energized, focused, productive and working together better as a team. Teams like this help the companies they work for achieve their business goals because of the transformation of their people.
