How to really add a zero onto your earnings
I want you to close your eyes and imagine yourself sitting at your desk five years ago. What goals had you set for yourself back then? Where did you imagine you’d be in January, 2016? It seemed so far away right? Plenty of time to knock off those goals, whether they were to increase your revenue, grow your client base or carve out more time for yourself. Except I’m betting that you, like most women, have found that time has a ridiculous habit of speeding forward toward the goals date and before you know it you’re there and, well, the goals themselves are still very much a work in progress.
Ah, but there are so many reasons why we don’t meet our goals. Good reasons. Solid reasons. Believable reasons. Kids, health, our spouse, the family pet, Mother Nature, surprise deadlines, trying relatives, the economy – they all conspire against us to prevent us from achieving what we want from our business and professional lives.
There’s only one problem: these are excuses we use to explain away what’s really going on. If we dig beneath the surface we find that the number one impediment we face can be found in the six inches of real estate between our ears.
“I know how to build a business and push past the limits – they are always self-imposed, inner limiting beliefs disguised as external circumstances.” This from Odette Laurie, a business coach, author, and one of the speakers at the upcoming 2016 Women in Business Conference hosted by Sandra Tisiot on March 9th.
One of my Golden Rules is to only learn from people who have been there, done that and had demonstrable results. These are the kinds of mentors who have valuable information that can save you a lot of time, money and heartache as you work on achieving your professional goals. Odette Laurie has that in spades.
- Want to build a 7-figure business but don’t know how? Odette has done it and will share her experience.
- Forget 7-figures, you just want to make it to 6-figures first? Odette will teach you the 3 most important strategies you must do to take your business over $100K and beyond.
- Want to hear the biggest mistake most entrepreneurs make and how it costs them thousands? She’ll share that too.
- Do you feel that you can’t grow because you don’t have enough capital or the economy is just too difficult right now? Odette’s been there and will tell you how she grew a business in Canada’s worst recession with zero capital while still in her twenties.
These are just a few of the valuable insights that you will gain from an experienced business woman with a proven track record of success.
Every successful business woman knows that you can’t do it alone. We all need guidance. If you’ve hit a wall or you’re ready to take your business to the next level then you will benefit from Odette’s wealth of experience to help you push past your limits at the WIBC 2016 conference.
