WIBC17 Welcomes Denise Donlon
We are thrilled to announce that Denise Donlon, Canadian business executive, television producer, host and now author, will be kicking off this year’s event with an appropriate topic, entitled “Women in the Workplace”.
As a trailblazer in the Canadian cultural industries, and having worked in C level roles for companies including MuchMusic, Sony Music Canada and CBC Radio, Denise has learned how to use her powers for good, speaking her mind and standing on principle. As the first female president at Sony Music Canada, and during the biggest crisis in the music industry, Denise has overcome her share of obstacles and will be sharing some of her most inspiring stories and experiences with us.
Her new book Fearless as Possible (Under the Circumstances) will also be available, and we can’t wait to get our hands on a copy!
